Tutte le spedizioni US PS possono essere rintracciate 24 ore su 24 tramite il servizio di tracciamento on-line sottostante. Tutti i clienti, quindi, potranno conoscere lo stato di consegna di plichi e colli. Per specifiche categorie sono creati servizi ad hoc. Tra i tanti è importante ricordare il Military/Diplomatic (Governative Service). Questo servizio è dedicato interamente alla corrispondenza tra enti militari e diplomatici. Il fine di questo servizio non è solo garantire la posta ufficiale, bensì garantire la corrispondenza dei militari impiegati in zone rischiose con i loro familiari.
